We have been coming to Bridgewater Motor Works for years now. They have also treated us respectfully regarding our BMW and our AUDI. The Service manager calls and keeps us updated on the progress of our vehicles. Whether it is just any oil change or other repairs needed, It is a pleasure having coffee and talking to Tom and Jason while waiting for the repairs to be done. We will not go anywhere else to have repairs done on our vehicles.

April 3, 2024I just had Bridgewater Motor Works do some work on my 1986 Mercedes 560SL. They did an excellent job. They repaired my odometer and serviced my transmission, coolant, break fluid and did an oil change. The car is run like it was when it was new. Great place for Mercedes work. Sabra, Tom, Alan and the service techs are great to work with. Bill E.

My 2011 Mercedes Benz would not even drive it was a hot mess I had it towed to Bridgewater Motor works they called me back very quickly to tell me what need to be done . The staff are polite very educated on cars and honest . My car was down in 2 days and drive’s amazing now I had no idea amount of things wrong . Being a nurse I am in my car lot so they made sure my car is now safe for me and my family! I will definitely be returning to get few more things done and I highly recommend this shop

April 3, 2024I recently brought my BMW 550 M Sport in for service and was incredibly pleased, not only by their customer service but technical expertise as well. Believe it or not, they were able to explain a few things to me that BMW could not the week prior. I am someone who is pretty finicky about the car he drives, likes to understand what needs to be done and why. Truth be told, I am probably a pain in the butt to deal with but just appreciate my cars and they handled the service beautifully. Thanks to the folks at Bridgewater Motor Works for a great experience!
