Bought a 2009 A8 Audi from a small time dealer that once lemon law timing passed I started to have one too many issues with. Spent thousands at other mechanics... read more as well as the Audi dealership itself in Norwell, not a single one could properly diagnose the issues nor adequately fix it. My experiences usually led with other shops telling me to just sell the car and give up, being 25 in this day and age with a loan out and a broken car is nowhere that anyone wants to be. Bridgewater motorworks gave me reasonable prices for repairs, properly diagnosed my issue, used authentic audi parts and provided me with a loaner car to get me through getting to work. The experience felt personal and genuine. Can I offord to fix my audi numerous times with how expensive they are at my age? Probably not. If I need to and I want it done right I will be going to Bridgewater Motorworks, no doubt in my mind.
